1. Collection of information and tracking
1.1 When you visit our website
You can visit our site without giving any personal information. Findwise uses Google Analytics and cookies to improve our service, ease of use, and analysis of how the site is used. Apart from the approximate location (IP address), the information that Google Analytics collects is mostly anonymous traffic data such as browser information, device, and language. We do not collect other information such as age, gender, interests, bank details or what you click. The collected information is used to create an overview of how the site is used. The information is not used for anything else, like seeing who visits the site.
2. When you contact us
If you choose to contact us during your visit on our website, personal information will be saved in our marketing automation tools and CRM, Zoho. The information you provide in a form (personal information like your name, email, company) will be handled and stored so that we can contact you and answer your request, and / or give you access to our services.
2.1. Application for vacancy
If you are looking for a job at Findwise, we store and manage information for recruitment purposes, such as contacting you to inform abour job openings. All recruiting is done through our external recruitment tool, TeamTailor. If you agree to future recruitment opportunities, we may also store the information for a period to possibly contact you for another job.

Findwise is careful about the security of personal information. When Findwise collects information about you, we also ensure that the information is protected against unauthorized access, loss, manipulation, forgery, destruction or unauthorized disclosure.

You are always entitled to request the information we have stored about you. You can do this by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We make sure you get a copy of the information we have about you. In order to do this safely, we can ask you to verify your identity. We will send the information digitally to you, unless you request anything else. For any subsequent request, we may charge you an administrative fee.
5. Correction and removal of information
If you believe the information we have stored about you is incorrect, please contact us so that we can update it. Information that we no longer have use for will be deleted. If you do not want Findwise to store your information anymore, please contact us.
By law, we may collect limited information about you to improve our services.

_zldp - This cookie stored in the browser has a life span of two years and and it helps you in identifying the visitor - the value stored is encrypted.
_zldt - This cookie stored in the browser has a life span of 1 Day - Any number of visits made by a visitor on that day is counted as a single visit. Though they're are not used for visitor identification, it's used to calculate the number of visits made by a visitor.
